Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Bars

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter

1 scoop QuiAri Vanilla Protein Powder 

 1/2 cup Honey

1 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats

Directions:

Heat the peanut butter and honey in a pot on medium to low heat until thin. Remove from heat, add your QuiAri Vanilla Shake (protein powder) and oats, and mix up. If needed, add a little water,1 tsp at a time as the mixture will get super thick. Place mixture in a 9x9 glass dish and press it out into a square. Heat up your chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals. After about 90 seconds, spread over the top of your mixture and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour to harden. Cut into bars and enjoy.
