The idea of eating more superfoods is way better than the reality of actually doing it. Better health can be as simple as opening a can of beans. Adding black beans (a well-known superfood) to homemade salsa can make you more popular at pot luck parties, but it also provides a great source of lysine and other essential amino acids. Black beans contain powerful, disease fighting phytochemicals and fiber, which are very important to include in a healthy diet

Add Blueberries To Plain Yogurt
