Instructions for Banana Bread with Pecans
- 1 Cup of QuiAri Chocolate Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups of Mashed Bananas
- 3/4 Cup of Sugar
- 1/3 Cup of Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cinammon
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon of Baking Soda
- 1/2 of salted or unsalted butter
Optional: 3/4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Mix in the QuiAri Chocolate Powder, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinammon in large bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar until smooth and creamy and add eggs one at a time. Then beat in yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until combined. Then mix in nuts if using.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Pour batter in loaf pan and grease or coat with nonstick spray.
- Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes.
-After, cover and store at room temperature for up to 2 days or in fridge up to 1 week.
Pineapple Vanilla QuiAri Shake
1 scoop QuiAri Shake Vanilla
8 oz almond milk
1/2 cup pineapples
Instructions: Blend until you reach desired consistency…Enjoy!
