Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of chioce)
1/2 cup frozen banana (sliced into coins and frozen beforehand)
3 tablespoons of good pumpkin puree
1 scoop of QuiAri Shake Vanilla
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1/8 teaspoon EACH: pumpkin pie spice, ground cinammon
8 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Simply mix all ingredients together using a blender, serve, and enjoy!
