π£ Ingredients:
β . 4 slices sprouted grain or gluten free bread
β . 1/2 scoop QuiAri Vanilla
β . 1 egg
β . 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
β . 1/2 tsp cinnamon
β¨ Bonus
β . 1 cup berries of your choice
β . sugar free maple syrup
π£ Instructions:
1οΈβ£. In a shallow baking dish, whisk together egg, milk, QuiAri Vanilla and cinnamon.
2οΈβ£. Heat a skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking oil.
3οΈβ£. Soak each side of the bread for 30 seconds in the mixture while the pan is heating.
4οΈβ£. Place the soaked bread on the skillet and cook until browned on each side.
5οΈβ£. Top with berries and syrup if desired!
