Protein-Packed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

½ cup of QuiAri Shake Chocolate

2 ¼ cups of all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

One, eight ounce bag of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. 

Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and protein powder. Then, add one egg at a time to the ingredients, blending as you go. Once both eggs have been added and mixed in, add vanilla extract.

Once the ingredients in the large bowl are thoroughly mixed together and have a smooth, creamy consistency, mix in the bowl of flour, baking soda, and salt. 

Now, add your chocolate chips to the large bowl.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Make sure baking sheet is prepped with parchment paper or a non-stick surface and portion your cookie dough out. 

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
