The BEST PART is that it takes less than 5 mins to make, is low in calories, and is packed with protein and nutritional value!

Ingredients

βœ… 1 scoop QuiAri Vanilla

βœ… 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour

βœ… Pinch of Sea Salt

βœ… 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened applesauce 

βœ… 1 Tsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (optional)

βœ… 1/4 Tsp Butter Extract

βœ… 1/2 Tbsp Dairy-Free Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together QuiAri Vanilla, Coconut Flour, and Sea Salt.

2️⃣ Add in the rest of the ingredients until fluffy and mixed.

3️⃣ Chill in the fridge for 10-15 mins - or just devour right away! Your Choice!
