Chocolate Walnut Protein Bites
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Peanut or Almond Butter
3 Tablespoons of Honey
1/4 Cup dry Oats
2/3 Cup QuiAri Shake Chocolate
Crushed Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl until blended. Add the protein powder and oats stirring until completely combined (mixture will be firm).
2. Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture into your hands and shape into 1-inch balls.
3. Place crushed walnuts in small shallow dishes. Roll each ball in the coating, gently pressing to make sure they stick. Place the balls in a container and store in the refrigerator.
