Ingredients

βœ” 1/2 cup egg whites (4 large)

βœ” 1 scoop of protein packed QuiAri Vanilla Shake

βœ” Splash of water

Directions

1️⃣ Blend water and QuiAri Vanilla Shake.

2️⃣ Combine with egg whites to make a batter.

3️⃣ Pour 1/3 of the batter in a nonstick pan (spray pan with no-stick spray if needed).

4️⃣ Cook until bubbles form. Flip, cook 10 more seconds.

5️⃣ Repeat with rest of batter.

Makes 1 generous serving of 3 crepes.

Serving suggestions: Fill with strawberries or Blueberries πŸ“ 🫐
