Ingredients
β 1/2 cup egg whites (4 large)
β 1 scoop of protein packed QuiAri Vanilla Shake
β Splash of water
Directions
1οΈβ£ Blend water and QuiAri Vanilla Shake.
2οΈβ£ Combine with egg whites to make a batter.
3οΈβ£ Pour 1/3 of the batter in a nonstick pan (spray pan with no-stick spray if needed).
4οΈβ£ Cook until bubbles form. Flip, cook 10 more seconds.
5οΈβ£ Repeat with rest of batter.
Makes 1 generous serving of 3 crepes.
Serving suggestions: Fill with strawberries or Blueberries π π«
Top wIth Maple syrup or No-Sugar-Added syrup, chocolate syrup, or even Vanilla Greek yogurt for more protein.
