Q Cafe - Banana Bran Muffins

Who's ready for another YUMMY QuiAri Protein treat!?

This week's recipe is delicious, moist, nutritious, and full of flavor! (WITHOUT FLOUR AND ALL NATURAL!) Yes!

Packed with Protein & Fiber, these muffins are sure to make a filling snack or breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop QuiAri Vanilla

  • 1 1/2 Cup Oat Bran

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Large Egg Whites

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or grease well

  3. In a medium bowl mix together QuiAri Vanilla, Oat Bran, baking powder, and cinnamon

  4. In a large bowl, mix banana, applesauce, greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla

  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined

  6. Let batter sit for five minutes to thicken

  7. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes, then remove muffins from tin and place back on the wire rack to cool completely
