Lighten Up Your Goals, Bro! ๐
You gotta set realistic goals for yourself.
Donโt expect to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Itโs not going to happen. Yeah, sounds amazing, but it isnโt feasible, and attempting to reach that goal could do more harm to your body than good.
Be realistic. Maybe aim for 5 pounds in a month or even less. Itโs hard to go from zero to 60 overnight, so think critically and set realistic goals.
