Below are a few sugar-free and dairy-free sweets that are easy, tasty, and guilt-free!

Cutting sugar from your diet can be one of the hardest things to accomplish. When those sugar cravings hit, it’s game over. Try these delicious sugar-free, low carb, gluten-free lemon bars! They are a perfect sweet treat for when you’re on-the-go!

Want to bake something sweet that won’t make your kids bounce off the walls? These sugar-free chocolate chip cookies will do the trick. This recipe can also be gluten-free for those with allergies by simply substituting a few ingredients, like gluten-free flour instead of regular!

Dairy-Free 

Need a sweet, dairy-free snack that’s also packed with protein? Try no-bake brownie balls! These brownies are also gluten-free and very vegan friendly. All you need is a bowl. Just mix all the ingredients, roll into 2-tablespoon balls and you're done! Delicious, easy, and healthy!

Ingredients:

  1. A big, heaping scoop of QuiAri Shake Chocolate

  2. 2 frozen bananas (chopped and frozen in a plastic bag)

  3. 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter

  4. ½ cup of almond milk

  5. Mini chocolate chips - for extra flavor (optional)

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into a small pan or bowl, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top, and freeze for one hour. Serve and enjoy!
